I know that many people are interested in learning about Japanese language and culture but do not have a bookstore in their vicinity that offers a good variety of books.
I receive many requests about books so I have decided to list a small number of books that you can purchase from Amazon.com through my site. Amazon is a very well known and reputable seller of books. Amazon may be the largest on-line seller of books World-wide.
To order a book, simply choose the desired book's link from the JA Connection Book Store List. Doing so will bring you to Amazon.com's site where you can choose to add the book to your "shopping cart." Once added, you can always delete/remove a book from your cart by changing the quantity to zero (0).
After adding a book into your shopping cart, you can add more by simply "back arrow" to the JA Connection Book Store to choose another book to add into your cart.
You are not limited to choosing books from this site. You can also look through the Amazon site for books I have not listed. However, I have tried to choose books that I personally have found helpful and reasonably priced. I hope my list and comments will prove helpful in your search for good quality books.
To finish your purchase simply follow the instructions on the Amazon.com site.
Due to the agreement with Amazon, we cannot list prices. However, many of the books are discounted 10%-30% from normal list price.
Amazon offers a variety of payment options which include credit cards, checks and money orders.
Amazon will ship nearly everywhere in the World and offers a variety of shipping methods. International shipping costs can be expensive as are priority shipments. The best bet is via the U.S. Postal Service.
Amazon also offers giftwrapping services for your purchase at a small additional charge.
